So here’s what we expect in a team member:

  • We expect you to think.
  • We expect you to fully show up (metaphorically – you can do this from wherever you have good Wi-Fi) and contribute.
  • We expect you to take pride in your work.
  • We expect you to care about what you contribute and the impact it has on our partners, because we really care about our partners.
  • We expect you to be engaged, get involved, and have ideas (even if they end up being terrible. Hey, at least you tried).
  • It sounds crazy, but we expect you to learn and improve over time. This is a big one.
